A sharp, well-spoken business woman came to be a voice of reason regarding the road closure and how to resolve it. She asked tough questions and pushed back against the decisions made by Council and Administration.
Too bad the Record-Argus didn't quote the excellent questions this business woman raised at the meeting. Her research shed some light on the situation for sure. Our town would be better for hearing and reading them today, believe me.
I have asked her to step forward and join me in the fight to restore Greenville to its greatness. And she has agreed to volunteer her time, expertise, and talent as an unpaid Borough Council member!
Greenville citizens, I need you to write-in this woman to sit on Council beside me. She is a desperately needed voice of reason, intelligence, business growth, and supports our police and fire departments.
Ladies and Gentlemen of Greenville, let me introduce you to Kristy Fox.
She's a 5th generation Greenville resident who has lived in the Borough since 2011. She's a married mother of two and works as a freelance business writer who's expanding her company into a full-service Internet marketing agency. Before having children, she spent about 10 years in corporate bank management and worked her way up to regional management with a multi-state territory. After children, she has been self-employed in both a brick-and-mortar shop and now her own Internet-based company. She has an inspiring story, impressive credentials, and a true concern for our town.
She was born in Greenville in 1979, graduated with honors from Reynolds High School in 1997, and went on to earn a bachelor's from YSU and an MBA from Western Governors University.
She and her family live on Rooney Street on the west side of town.
So I ask you this November 3rd, let's make history by electing the first write-in candidate for Greenville Council during a general election. I fully support and back Mrs. Fox, together, she and I can work to move Greenville forward.
So please, on November 3rd I ask for three things:
1: Don't vote straight party.
2: Vote for Paul R Hamill (I'm on both tickets)
3: Please write in Kristy Fox
And together we can do better!
